Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeclutrMail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
DeclutrMail provides AI-powered email decluttering services for Gmail. Our service analyzes your emails and archives those matching your specified criteria. All archived emails can be restored within the undo period you've configured.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Gmail Access
By connecting your Gmail account, you allow DeclutrMail to read your email list and organize emails (archive or trash) according to your Auto-Clean policies. Permanent delete is only available when additional Gmail permission is granted and you explicitly trigger it. We never send emails on your behalf.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DeclutrMail for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
Limitation of Liability
DeclutrMail is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from your use of our service. Always maintain backups of important emails.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
